Association management outsourcing specialists CJAM, based in Colchester, has strengthened its team with four new employees joining the award-winning business.
Keir Hughes joins as Finance Director, heading up the finance team who take care of every aspect of association financial administration. ACCA-qualified, Keir has over 16 years’ experience in finance and understands the challenges different organisations have when meeting their statutory or charitable status obligations, as well as the day-to-day administrative burdens of obtaining membership subscriptions or ensuring the budgets for events are tightly controlled.
Tanguy Roelens, Association Development Manager, joins with a strong track record in association management. He has previously specialised in health and pharmaceutical associations and will be leading on key accounts as well as business development.
Boosting the marketing team is Emma Burley, who joins as Senior Digital Communications Manager. Former journalist turned digital specialist, Emma will be responsible for digital strategy across association and marketing clients.
Kiara Blake joins the association account management team, with a strong background in customer service and account management, most recently in the retail sector of the automotive industry.
