CJAM’s team of highly experienced outsourcing professionals are responsible for the secretariat service and association management of the Association of Translation Companies (ATC).
Having been appointed following a competitive pitch in July 2017, CJAM provides a comprehensive service to the association, from managing membership applications and sign up, marketing and website to administration and business support.
Having taken over two months before the ATC’s annual summit and awards dinner, CJAM was tasked with promoting the event across all marketing channels, rebranding conference materials and logo to encourage members and non-members to register for the event.
This was supported by regular e-newsletters on varying subjects, as well as a targeted push on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, with a significant increase in engagement and reach compared to the previous year.
CJAM worked with ATC to implement a new ATC ISO certification programme, supported by the development of a brand new website and webinar programme.
