Key personnel

Christine Joyce – Managing Director

Christine heads up CJAM’s association management team. She has a wealth of experience in managing trade associations. A tour de force in association management, Christine has the business acumen and organisational skills that are essential for running an efficient association. She has more than 10 year’s experience managing trade association groups and events including the British Tyre Manufacturer’s Association, TyreSafe, Tyre Recovery Association and The British Rubber and Polyurethane Products Association.

Lisa Dalton – Associations Account Director

Lisa plays a key role in managing a variety of trade and membership organisations and in maintaining good relationships with our clients. She manages a portfolio of accounts and oversees and delivers secretariat and administrative support to a wide range of clients. She has extensive experience in delivering a wide range of events, from annual dinners and award ceremonies to new product launches.

Yvonne Lidgate – Business Development Director

Yvonne is a natural communicator. Her key role at CJAM is Business Development Director but her interpersonal skills provide value to all the team from qualitative research to enhancing client relations. Whether trouble-shooting or generating sales, she has particular expertise in training and recruitment and a wealth of experience from setting up and promoting a successful business.

Lucy French – Marketing Director

Lucy built her career working on global brands such as SKY, Playstation and Lego at some of London’s top advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi. Lucy takes responsibility for the strategic planning of marketing campaigns and all creative output.

Jason Simms – PR Director

Jason has 14 years’ experience in journalism and six directly in PR as account lead supporting multinational, national and regional clients. Jason is experienced across all aspects of PR communications including crisis management of various online and offline scenarios. He specialises in measurement, analysis and strategic planning.

Sarah Wilde – Finance and Compliance Director

As Finance Director, Sarah manages the accounts and financial operations of all our UK associations. She has 15 years’ experience of managing company accounts and is an affiliate of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
