The brief was extensive, with multiple membership levels, privilege setting and access options. Whilst remaining focused on the external site as a platform to promote the services and membership benefits of the ABP.
The website had to strike a fine balance between corporate tone and friendly messaging, reflected in the colour scheme and font choices.
The website is highly responsive, intuitive and easy to navigate, hosting a wealth of features including interactive content streams (blog, podcast, video and student area) plus having robust and secure functionality to enable membership renewals, conference ticket purchases and CPD access.
The website adds tremendous membership value in the simplicity of its layout and reliability of the back end features and functions. Designed to cut down staff and administration resources and costs by automating a range of processes the website has improved the members’ experience and proven a worthy investment in time and costs saved by channelling certain processes through its secure features.
