Headway Essex benefits from CJAM’s expertise

The main support CJAM will provide for Headway Essex, which provides brain injury care and support, is assistance with its digital marketing campaigns, helping it to raise additional valuable funds.

Christine Joyce, managing director, CJAM, explains: “Each year we use our expertise in marketing and business support services to help a worthy local charity. For 2012 we are delighted to announce that it is Headway Essex which does a great job helping those people who have acquired a brain injury.”

Headway Essex runs the Headway Centre in Colchester where rehabilitation activities take place. It also provides a community support service which includes telephone support, information on the different aspects of brain injury, support groups, and home and hospital visits, among other activities.

Jo Wright, Director of Fundraising, Headway Essex, said: “Our thanks go to CJAM, and all our other supporters, whose help enable Headway Essex make a real difference to those people, and their families, learning to cope with a brain injury.

“The particular skill and resources that CJAM are providing will go a long way in ensuring our on-line campaigns raise our profile even further and hopefully raise lots of extra funds.”

In 2011, CJAM’s supported charity was The J’s Hospice, which provides hospice and respite care in Essex for young adults with life limiting and life threatening conditions.

In particular CJAM’s activities assisted in raising the awareness of The J’s Hospice ‘Be Bold, Be Blue’ promotional day, helping to raise funds and increase charitable donations.
