Heseltine Review: A new partnership for growth

Lord Heseltine has recommended a partnership-based approach to boosting growth in Britain’s regions. Creating the conditions for sustainable growth and maximising the country’s ability to generate wealth will require a major rebalancing of responsibilities between central and local government, and greater public-private sector collaboration, the Heseltine Review suggests.
