We’ve been shortlisted for a PR award

CJAM has been shortlisted for a CIPR PRide Award, for its 2016 Don’t chance it, Check it campaign for TyreSafe, a longstanding association client. Organised by the Chartered Institute for Public Relations, the CIPR Awards recognise the outstanding work agencies have been delivering for clients and employers across the country.

The company is one of five finalists in the not for profit category of the award in the Anglia, Thames and Chiltern region. More than 950 entries were received for the 2017 awards across nine regions.

Hard-hitting campaign

TyreSafe is the UK’s charity dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of correct tyre maintenance and the dangers of defective and illegal tyres. The selected PR campaign, which marked TyreSafe’s 10th anniversary, was based on a survey on tyre tread depth at the point of replacement carried out in conjunction with Highways England.

High level recognition

Jason Simms, PR & Communications Director for CJAM Group, said: “This is the first time CJAM has entered the CIPR’s PRide Awards and it’s extremely gratifying that our planning, execution and excellent results for our association TyreSafe have been recognised by the judges.

“The shortlist has given our team further confirmation of the fantastic, innovative work that they are doing for the charity and for other association clients. To have this underlined by a respected industry body is a significant accolade and reinforces our credentials when discussing our clients’ PR needs.”
