ODN Europe appoints CJAM to support its organisation development

ODN Europe, the Organization Development Network Europe, has appointed CJAM to provide its full range of association management services. The ODNE represents Organisation Development (OD) practitioners throughout the UK and across Europe, and is working with CJAM to achieve its ambitions for growth and a wider influence among practitioners in the field.

Four pillars of association services

CJAM will be providing depth and breadth for ODN Europe, with its range of association services encompassing four pillars: membership management, financial management, marketing services and events.

The first quarter sees CJAM managing and supporting the ODNE with a growing list of activities. The association team has already taken over the day-to-day running of ODN’s accounts and invoices, as well as its member administration. This also includes supporting the ODN’s Mentoring Programme and providing ancillary support for the ODN Annual Conference, which takes place at the Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa, Bolton, Greater Manchester from 25-26 April 2018.

The ODN is a relatively new organisation, established in 2012, and has recognised that now is the right time to work with a professional, experienced management services provider with the right approach, rigour and understanding, to take ODN Europe in the right direction. CJAM was selected because the team understood ODN’s vision and the challenges it faces and ODN recognised that the work CJAM provides for other associations could make the strategic difference for its future growth and development.

Supporting growth to extend influence

CJAM’s Managing Director, Christine Joyce, stated: “It is exciting to be working with ODN Europe on supporting, managing and growing their membership, their status and their influence.  Our team will complement theirs, to meet the goals and objectives that have been clearly set before us. The flexibility and bespoke services they require makes this partnership the perfect fit for both organisations.”
