Conference season is truly hotting up and this week we are managing two global conferences, the first commencing the morning and running across five days, with 25 speaker sessions, breakout rooms, networking sessions and panel discussions. The event has attracted hundreds of professional delegates looking to explore and unpick the hottest topics and biggest questions in their field.
The UK has now left the EU, and as a result, from January 2021, there will be changes to Companies House forms which have now been confirmed and announced as part of the transition period.
These changes will apply to many associations and membership organisations, and in turn their respective members. The Finance and Governance team at CJAM are on hand to offer support with ensuring these requirements are met.
Alongside the changes, there are a series of forms that will, from 1 January 2021 be discontinued.
You can find the full list of changes and discontinued forms here.
The current guidance and information about Companies House forms is being updated in line with these changes, and you can view the current guidance here.
