Our colleague Lisa Dalton has taken the lead in sourcing excess running kit from her local running club to donate to A Mile in her Shoes, a great charity that helps women from all walks of life to enjoy the benefits of running.

This is the alarming assessment of data security specialist Walter Rossi, who has warned that the majority of businesses are simply not prepared for cyber security attacks and are don’t have adequate measures in place to guard against them.
