Part-Time Accounts Position

Are you an experienced, number cruncher?

If so, and you’d like to share our success by becoming part of a vibrant, award winning marketing and association management team, then we’ve got a fantastic opportunity for you.

CJAM Group is a rapidly expanding marketing services and association management company, and thanks to a series of new client wins, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly capable experienced accounts assistant to join our busy team.  

With a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of service to our clients, a can-do attitude is a must. You’ll need to be highly-organised, self-motivated and used to working to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

These skills will ensure that you can become an integral part of our team, working across a number of areas which include:

  • Experience of Sage Line 50
  • QuickBooks
  • Client sales and purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliation
  • VAT
  • Credit control
  • Month end journal entries
  • Data entry into the company’s various IT systems
  • Providing support for other team members
