Planning for success: CJAM set to discuss maximising campaign reach at MEMX

CJAM’s Managing Director Christine Joyce will be speaking at the Membership Excellence (MEMX) 2015 conference in London in March. Hosted by MemberWise, the popular one-day event will see associations and membership organisations from across the UK come together to learn and share best practice in successful membership development. CJAM will also be a key sponsor of the conference.

Through her presentation, Christine will discuss how to maximise a membership body’s campaign reach and engagement. In particular, she’ll explore the importance of early planning and awareness in improving participation rates and how to create a multi-platform campaign, as well as effective measurement techniques to evaluate success and refine future projects.

“Optimising marketing campaigns is fundamental to attracting, retaining and engaging with members,” says Christine. “I’ll be sharing tips and advice from our experiences of delivering national marketing campaigns for leading road safety organisations, and will be available to discuss how we manage associations and create memorable, high impact marketing campaigns and events.”

Christine’s talk is part of a wider focus on fresh and innovative approaches to develop a thriving membership base. Topics for the day will include winning new members and building strong relationships with existing members, marketing and membership promotion, introducing effective changes and growing a membership organisation. These themes will be brought to life via 20 educational sessions.

Alongside CJAM, organisations attending will include the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) British Safety Council (BSC) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). A full listing of all speakers together with the day’s programme of events can be found here: www.membershipexcellence.com.

MEMX 2015 will take place on 11th March 2015 at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury, London. Christine will be speaking in the main auditorium at 2.40pm. For any queries about her talk or to arrange to meet with the team on the day, please contact us on 01787 226995 or email cjoyce@cjam.co.uk.
