Our recent events

AGTO showcase

Organising an annual showcase event for more than 100 people with gala themed dinner, guided tours and a formal AGM – another successful day for the CJAM events team.  Attended by representatives from leading companies, the showcase is the highlight of the year for this association.

The event started with a networking dinner followed by an exhibition featuring all the associates.  Later that day every delegate had the opportunity to go on a tour before enjoying a gala dinner on a 1920s theme.

CJAM’s team managed the bookings, delegate requirements and the event accounts.  We also designed and produced the event materials.  “But the Great Gatsby themed dinner was an absolute highlight,” said Association Manager Jade Valentine.  “Complete with jazz band and flapper dancers it showed just how to make an event sparkle!”

RNA Awards dinner

More than 200 people attended a nationally recognised awards dinner this month, organised with support from CJAM’s events team.  Held at a top London hotel, the dinner was attended by more than 200 guests – all leading practitioners in their field.

Hosted by writer and comedienne, Jenny Éclair, the event included a drinks reception, buffet dinner and the presentation of annual awards.  Our team supported the event by designing and producing all the event materials including the award brochure and presentation AV.

“Your event is a success when guests barely know we’re there!,” said CJAM Managing Director, Christine Joyce. “We make sure everything runs so smoothly it looks effortless – but always professional.”

“But the highlight of the event was certainly the speed-dating!” said CJAM Association Manager Tanguy Roelens.  “The delegates all had a chance to speak to students about their industry and use it to both promote their business and to attract future staff and customers.  There was such a buzz – it was a really fun and interactive way to develop networks!”

The CJAM team supported the event through managing its finances, all delegate registrations, event catering and marketing.
