A new role in office administration

Are you an administrative expert with superb organisational and communication skills looking for a varied role in a growing company? CJAM is on the search for a full-time Office Administrator to join its marketing and association management business in White Colne, Essex.

The successful applicant will need to be pro-active and highly efficient as they’ll be supporting three areas of the business – the association management team, the accounts team and the senior leadership team.

This new role of Office Administrator has been created due to ongoing company growth, providing the post holder with the opportunity to expand their experience within operations and make an impact from the outset.

The position requires a motivated person, with a willingness to learn and integrate into our busy office environment. As well as possessing excellent MS Office skills and the ability to complete tasks independently, our ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in administration. Knowledge of Sage 50 would be advantageous, although training will be offered.

The day to day duties will include administration, communication with clients and suppliers, maintenance of client files and database management, support for events, marketing and client mailings, and meeting notetaking.
